Our Project Management department provides comprehensive support from protocol development through study closedown, including:
- Project Setup: regulatory compliance support and development of study timelines, protocol, informed consent documentation,
research network policy manual and Manual of Operations (MOO).
- Project Implementation: training of research staff, on-going monitoring of timelines and deliverables, amending protocols
and informed consent, monitoring protocol adherence and documenting interim site audit findings.
- Project Closedown: preparing final study documentation and disseminating data and affiliated documentation in a timely
fashion.
- Administrative Support: providing access to and maintaining project websites and systems and providing meeting and
conference call logistics, agendas, minutes, decisions and action items.
